By using Priyo Host services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing any hosting or domain services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Our services must not be used for illegal activities, distributing malware, sending spam, hosting phishing sites, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In case of termination for abuse, no refund will be provided.

We guarantee 99.99% uptime as defined in our Service Level Agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for shared hosting plans. Domain registrations, dedicated servers, and add-on services are non-refundable.
