Priyo Host offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible shared hosting plans. This policy is designed to let you try our service with confidence.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date through the client area or by contacting our billing team.

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, SSL certificates, license fees, dedicated servers, VPS plans, and setup/add-on fees are non-refundable.

If an account is suspended or terminated due to abuse, policy violations, spam, malware, or unlawful activity, the service is not eligible for refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and can take 5 to 14 business days.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension. For billing help, please contact Priyo Host support.
